Corporate
Art Workshops
for Team Wellbeing

Our workshops are uniquely designed around the creative process, not the finished product. Available onsite in Orlando, or live online anywhere in the US, we help teams unplug, reconnect, and experience the wellbeing benefits of making art together.

No stress. No forced outcomes. Instead, an inclusive artmaking experience that benefits the individual and the team as a whole.

THE EXPERIENCE

What happens in a corporate art workshop?

Every workshop is a facilitated artmaking experience where the process matters more than the product. We create the conditions for curiosity, exploration, presence, and authentic connection.

Nothing has to be perfect.

No pressure to perform.

Nobody to impress.

 ---

That's the point.

Less pressure. More presence.

That's art for wellbeing.

Our workshops don't have your team leaving with refined artistic skills.

They leave with something far more valuable than that. Our method removes the pressure to make perfect artwork, allowing people to discover joy in the process instead. They become more present, find it easier to connect with themselves and each other, and return to daily life feeling restored.
Making art becomes a catalyst for wellbeing.

Can art workshops be used for
team building?

Short answer: Yes.

Making art together gives people something all too rare at work: permission to simply be present together. It offers a natural way to connect without small talk or pressure to find the “right” words. It’s connection that feels relaxed and human, creating conditions where trust happens on its own.

Our workshops work precisely because they don't feel like team building. No trust falls, no awkward games. No competition. Just people gathered around a table, creating together. With no stakes attached, authentic connection happens: side by side, hands busy, conversation flowing.

93% of our workshop participants reported an improvement in wellbeing, with 88% experiencing a clearer mind after making art with us.

Have questions about our workshops?

Watercolor for Wellbeing was such a wonderful experience. Sammy was fantastic, encouraging, knowledgeable, and created a relaxed, welcoming environment for everyone. What I appreciated most was the freedom to explore and create without strict rules or pressure. It truly felt like a space to unwind, be creative, and enjoy the process. I left feeling inspired and calm.

What is an
aesthetic mindset,
and why does your team need one?

An aesthetic mindset is a practiced way of noticing. Researchers Susan Magsamen and Ivy Ross, authors of Your Brain on Art, describe it through four traits: curiosity, sensory awareness, open-ended exploration, and a drive to make or behold. Teams with these capacities solve problems more creatively, pay closer attention, and recover from stress more readily.

It's not a personality type.

It's trainable, and it's trained by doing.

Every workshop we facilitate is a working session in the aesthetic mindset. Your team spends an hour noticing: the movement of watercolor, the resistance of clay, the choice of one image over another. No one is graded on the result. What they practice in the session (attention, curiosity, presence) walks out the door with them.

You can't install an aesthetic mindset in one session. But you can start one.

FAQs

You've got questions, we've got answers.

How long is a workshop?

Standard facilitated workshops run about two hours: a short grounding, guided making with prompts, and reflection to close. Shorter conference formats can be discussed at the inquiry stage.

Do participants need art experience?

The workshops assume nothing. Every session is built around the process rather than the result, and facilitators guide each step with materials chosen to be approachable. People who have never picked up a brush settle in as quickly as people who make things every week.

Can this work for a remote or hybrid team?

Yes. Virtual workshops run over live video with kits shipped to every participant ahead of time, so a distributed team makes together in real time. Hybrid groups can pair an onsite room with remote participants

Where do you facilitate onsite workshops?

Onsite workshops run across Orlando, Lake Nona, and the surrounding Central Florida area. Outside that area, our virtual format delivers the same experience anywhere in the US.

How many people can attend?

There is no minimum group size, and workshops scale from a small leadership team to a conference room. Give us your best estimate in the inquiry form and we will plan materials and facilitation around it.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on format, group size, and kit tier. Onsite workshops begin at $750 for up to 10 participants and remote workshops begin at $600 for up to 10 participants. Each workshop includes an artmaking kit for every participant to keep. Start an inquiry with your group details and we will send a quote.

Do you carry liability insurance?

Yes, we carry liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance on request.

How far in advance should we book?

Lead time varies by format, group size, and season. Reach out with your target window and we will confirm availability and work backward from your date.
