Return Policies

1. Gift Shop Return Policy

We hope you love your Ugly Art Studio kit, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

Individual gift shop purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the kit is unused and returned with all materials, components, and packaging in their original condition.

To start a return, please contact us before sending your order back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Bulk orders, custom orders, and facilitated workshops are subject to separate terms and are not covered by this return policy.

2. Bulk Orders Return Policy

Because bulk orders are prepared specifically for each organization, all bulk orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before production begins. Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.

Custom and personalized orders are created specifically for your organization and are final sale.

4. Facilitated Workshops Return Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Workshop cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the terms outlined in your proposal or booking agreement. Once art kit production has begun, kit costs are nonrefundable. Additional cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply depending on how close the change is to your scheduled workshop date.

If The Ugly Art Studio needs to cancel a workshop, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund for the affected services.
