Bloom Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor and Promotional Collaborators
The BLOOM Giveaway is sponsored and administered by The Ugly Art Studio, LLC, @uglyartstudio, uglyartstudio.com (“Sponsor”). Coco Market, @cocomarket.tribe, and SmartyPlants, @smartyplants, are promotional collaborators. Instagram is not a sponsor or administrator of this Promotion.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Owners, employees and representatives of the Sponsor or promotional collaborators, together with members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins when the original Instagram Collab post is published by @cocomarket.tribe and ends at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 20, 2026.
The Sponsor’s timekeeping method is the official clock for the Promotion.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period:
• Follow @cocomarket.tribe, @uglyartstudio and @smartyplants on Instagram.
• Comment on the original giveaway post with your favorite flower.
Limit one entry per person and Instagram account. Additional comments do not create additional entries. Entrants must continue following all three accounts through winner verification.
Comments on other posts, direct messages and Story responses do not qualify. Scanning an event QR code does not complete an entry unless the entrant also follows the accounts and comments on the original giveaway post.
Automated, fraudulent, bulk or incomplete entries are void. No purchase, payment or event attendance is required.
5. Prize
One eligible winner will receive one FROLIC Signature Flower Pressing Kit from Ugly Art Studio. The approximate retail value is $89.
Standard shipping to an eligible address within the 48 contiguous United States or Washington, D.C., is included. Local pickup may be arranged by mutual agreement.
The prize is nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about September 21, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted only by direct message from @uglyartstudio. The winner does not need to be present at BLOOM.
The potential winner must reply within 48 hours and may be required to confirm age, residency and compliance with these Official Rules. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours or is determined to be ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.
The Sponsor will never request payment, banking information or credit card information from the winner.
7. General Conditions
The Sponsor’s decisions concerning eligibility, entry verification and winner selection are final.
The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who attempts to interfere with the entry or selection process. If fraud, technical failure or another circumstance outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity of the Promotion, the Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel it and select a winner from eligible entries received before the disruption.
The Sponsor is not responsible for unavailable accounts, platform outages, incorrect usernames, failed messages or late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries.
8. Publicity and Personal Information
Where permitted by law, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to announce the winner’s first name and Instagram handle without additional compensation.
Any mailing address or contact information collected from the winner will be used to verify eligibility, communicate with the winner and deliver the prize.
9. Release of Instagram
By entering, each entrant fully releases Instagram from liability arising from the Promotion.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
10. Governing Law
The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Void where prohibited.
