Does the person leading a kit session need an art background?
No. Each kit's guided creative experiences are written so activity coordinators, volunteers, and clinical staff can lead a session by following the included prompts. The kits are process-focused: the experience of making matters more than what gets made.
How does bulk pricing work?
Studio kits are priced individually up to 24 kits. Bulk pricing begins at 25 and continues to scale in price as you order more. Request a quote and we'll confirm pricing, shipping, and timing for your order.
Are these art therapy kits?
No. The Ugly Art Studio provides process-focused artmaking experiences, not art therapy, which is a clinical service delivered by credentialed art therapists. We're glad collaborators: our Honor Mosaic Luminary Kit, for example, is supplied specifically for sessions led by credentialed creative arts therapists and grief counselors.
Can we try a kit before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Every quote reply includes the option to receive a sample kit so your team can review the supplies and guided experiences firsthand before committing to a larger order.
How do kits ship?
Kits ship from Orlando. Bulk orders ship in sets of 10 at about $2.50 per kit; individually shipped kits run about $8. Delivery timing is confirmed with your quote.
